Overview
VIP Tuna, a restaurant with over 14 years of history, sought to rebrand itself to target younger audiences in their 20s and 30s as part of its new online business strategy. The project had specific requirements: to retain the essence of the original logo while creating a modern design that would appeal to a younger demographic.
Approach
By balancing the historical essence of VIP Tuna’s brand with the demands of a younger audience, I delivered a cohesive rebranding solution that respected the client’s preferences and constraints. My designs effectively bridged tradition with modern trends, ensuring usability and appeal for the target demographic.
To fulfill the client’s request, I incorporated trending line art into the design while emphasizing the brand’s identity as a tuna-focused restaurant. The revamped logo featured dynamic waves and a prominent tuna motif, blending modern aesthetics with the traditional logo elements to maintain brand recognition.

Based on the rebranded identity, I designed a separate packaging concept tailored for online sales. The packaging highlighted the fresh, high-quality image of VIP Tuna while aligning with the youthful and modern appeal required by the client.
The client requested a straightforward product page layout that they could easily update themselves despite having limited experience with Photoshop. I focused on creating an intuitive and minimalistic layout, avoiding excessive decorative elements to ensure accessibility. While the design met the client’s needs and received positive feedback, I personally felt it could have been more visually engaging with additional creative elements.
